Intelsat S.A. (OTC: INTEQ), today announced financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2021. Intelsat reported total revenue was US$ 507.9 million and net loss attributable to Intelsat S.A. was US$ 152.3 million for the three months ended June 30, 2021. Intelsat reported EBITDA, or earnings before net interest, taxes and depreciation and amortization, of US$ 150.4 million and Adjusted EBITDA of US$ 283.8 million, or 56% of revenue, for the three months ended June 30, 2021.

Iridium Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: IRDM) today reported financial results for the second quarter of 2021 and updated its full-year 2021 outlook. Net income was US$ 3.8 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2021, as compared to net loss of $12.4 million, or $0.09 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2020.

The Board of Directors of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) unanimously approved, at its meeting on June 21, $80.7 million for HISPASAT, the Spanish satellite telecommunications operator of the Grupo Red Eléctrica. This transaction will finance launch services and also launch and initial in-orbit insurance of Amazonas Nexus, which will be launched in 2022 on a SpaceX rocket.
