Speedcast International Limited (ASX:SDA) (FRA:7SC) (OTCMKTS:SPPDF), a provider of remote communication and IT solutions, said it expects Underlying EBITDA for 1H 2019 of approximately US$60 to US$64 million and revised its expectation for Underlying EBITDA for full year 2019 to approximately US$140 million to US$150 million.

Speedcast said it expects Underlying EBITDA for 1H 2019 of approximately US$60 to US$64 million, including US$8 to US$10 million from the Globecomm acquisition which completed in December 2018.

Eutelsat Communications (Euronext Paris: ETL) has confirmed the successful launch of Eutelsat 7C. The satellite was lifted into space from Kourou, French Guiana by an Ariane 5 rocket at 23h43 CET (21h43 UTC) on June 20.

Global Invacom, a global provider of satellite communications equipment, has announced the acquisition of the technology of the Apexsat group of companies. This includes the assets and intellectual property (IP) from Apexsat.

This acquisition will enable Global Invacom to manufacture products for the upcoming Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) satellite communication constellations market and SATCOM On The Pause (SOTP) tracking two ways systems.

(NYSE:  I)  announced today that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Intelsat Jackson Holdings S.A., intends to offer US$ 300 million aggregate principal amount of its 9.750% senior notes due 2025 (the “Notes”). The offering would constitute an offering of additional notes having the same terms as Intelsat Jackson’s existing 9.750% Senior Notes due 2025 (other than issue price).
