For the quarter ended June 30, 2020, Telesat reported consolidated revenue of CDN$ 208 million, a decrease of 10% (CDN $23 million) compared to the same period in 2019. When adjusted for changes in foreign exchange rates, revenue declined 11% (CDN$ 25 million) compared to 2019.

Teledyne today reported second quarter 2020 net sales of US$7 43.3 million, compared with net sales of $782.0 million for the second quarter of 2019, a decrease of 4.9%. Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ: CMTL) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Convoy Ltd. filed a complaint in the Delaware Court of Chancery against Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. on July 7, 2020.  The complaint relates to the agreement and plan of merger dated January 29, 2020 between Gilat and Comtech providing for the acquisition of Gilat by Comtech and seeks a declaratory judgment that certain actions, if taken by Gilat, would breach Gilat’s obligations under the Merger Agreement.
