 New York, NY, October 28, 2021

Tailwind Two Acquisition Corp. (NYSE:TWNT) , a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), and Terran Orbital Corporation, an operator of small satellites and provider of  earth observation solutions, jointly announced today that they have entered into a definitive business combination agreement.   Upon the closing of the transaction, the combined company will operate as Terran Orbital Corporation, with plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol LLAP. The pro forma total enterprise value of the combined companies is approximately US$ 1.58 billion.

FMC Global, a global provider satellite and wireless connectivity solutions, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with the ERZIA Group to acquire 100% of Santander Teleport (ST).

Originally established as a joint venture of ERZIA and MTN Satellite Communications (now the Anuvu maritime division), ST has been ranked by the World Teleport Association (WTA) as one of the top 10 Teleport Operators in the world since inception, and in 2019 it was awarded the internationally prestigious "Independent Teleport of the Year" title.

Hungaro DigiTel Kft. (HDT), a joint subsidiary of 4iG PLC (75%) and Antenna Hungária Zrt. (25%), has entered into a final agreement with Space-Communication Ltd. (Spacecom) to acquire a 51% stake in the company. Spacecom, listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, is a satellite operator and service provider with a global coverage, consisting of four geosynchronous satellites, which provides its services in Hungary and the Central and Eastern European region via the AMOS 3 satellite.
