Hispasat Appoints Manuel Sansegundo as the Group's new Technical Director

Hispasat has appointed Manuel Sansegundo as the Group's new Technical Director. Sansegundo, who was previously responsible for the company's European IRIS2 secure communications program, has held various positions in Hispasat's technical department since joining in 1991. As Flight Segment Manager for the past 22 years, he has led the technical aspects of all the company's missions, including launch-related activities, satellite control centers, and flight dynamics.

Sansegundo succeeds Antonio Abad, whom the company thanks for his commitment and professionalism throughout his years leading the Technical Department, contributing to the Group's growth, internationalization, and diversification in Europe and Latin America.
